Experienced runners can join this running group on a regular basis!

Therefore, it makes sense if you are already familiar with the technique or are at least experienced in walking to be able to perform the exercises effectively.

The granulate filling of the swinging equipment ensures that the deep muscles are activated. This trains the whole body. A great feeling! Mobilization and strengthening exercises get the cardiovascular system going during the walking session,
