Cancellation conditions treatments

To ensure that your visit is as pleasant as possible and to provide you with a top-notch experience, we would like to inform you that our treatments and services are subject to certain cancellation policies:

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Please note that appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. Appointments canceled or missed without sufficient notice will incur a 100% charge. This also applies to appointments redeemed with vouchers or booked by external guests.

Punctuality and Delays:

If you are running late, we will adjust the treatment time accordingly to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. Please be aware that during peak times, and with a high volume of appointments, adjustments to your treatment may be necessary.

Short-Term Bookings:

Short-term bookings are binding and cannot be canceled free of charge in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
