From the hotel, the route first leads through the village of Fügen towards the Marienberg church. This is where the quiet ascent into the Putzatal begins.
From the church, the trail leads into the shady forest on the Fügenberg. If you wish, you can stop for refreshments at the Gasthof Goglhof - otherwise please take enough to drink and a small snack with you.
Walking time: approx. 2-2.5 hours (easy)
