The pelvic base closes the pelvis downwards, supports the internal organs and thus enables our upright posture. It ensures that the bladder and bowel sphincters function and contributes to pleasurable sexuality.
The pelvic base muscles can be trained to withstand heavy loads and remain stable throughout life. They work together with the abdominal and back muscles as well as with the respiratory muscles.
The pelvic base needs dynamics, relaxation and tension in balance.
The training starts with the anatomy, the explanation of the upright posture, what influence this has on the pelvic base, the perception of the pelvic base, the feeling of the pelvic base, then the detailed training begins, which is important for all ages, for women and men.
Look forward to an individual training with Edith.
Be curious, come, join in, feel good, Edith will be happy to answer your questions.
