What is Wing Chun?
Wing Chun is a traditional Chinese martial art originally developed by a woman—with the goal of being able to defend oneself efficiently and intelligently against stronger opponents.
Wing Chun is not about strength or muscle mass, but about speed, technique, mindfulness, and proper timing. Anyone—young or old—can learn this art.
The movements are fluid, clear, and precise. They follow fixed principles:

* Redirect the opponent’s force
* Act directly, simply, and efficiently
In this introductory class, you’ll learn how to achieve maximum effect with minimal effort.
