Practice yoga in a playful and fun way - and experience flexibility, strength, balance, creativity, concentration, self-esteem and relaxation along the way.
Movement stories, fantasy journeys and pictures invite you to discover the world of yoga asanas. Silence, quiet periods, concentration and relaxation consciously alternate with physical exercises.
If possible without parents/siblings
(short presence at the beginning is possible)
