Description
The Niedereben organic farm is located at an altitude of 634 meters on the sunny Vinschgau Nörderberg - a special place where tradition, sustainability and enjoyment come together. Thanks to the mild climate, not only wine and fruit thrive here, but also olives and even cacti.
During an exciting tour of the farm, you will gain an insight into the history of the farm as well as animal husbandry, viticulture and olive oil production - from the first olives to the finished oil. The farm is home to cows, pigs, poultry and many other animals that are kept in a species-appropriate manner.
Afterwards, you can enjoy a tasting of the farm's own specialties. In the farm store, you can buy typical South Tyrolean organic products directly, including speck, salami, smoked sausages, herb ham, coppa as well as seasonal fruit and vegetables, apple juice and wine.
