The end of the year is a wonderful opportunity to pause, look back on the past year and consciously take time for yourself. In this guided year-end meditation, I will accompany you on a journey of reflection, gratitude and letting go.

Together we will create a calm space to bring closure to the past and make room for the new. Let yourself be carried by the meditation to appreciate what you have experienced, let go of old burdens and enter the new year stronger.


What you can expect:

A calm, relaxed atmosphere

A guided meditation to reflect on the past year

Exercises to consciously let go of old thought patterns and burdens

Space for gratitude and a positive focus on the coming year

Breathing exercises to calm and center yourself


What you can bring with you:

Comfortable clothes that you feel comfortable in

A blanket or cushion if you want to make yourself more comfortable

Openness and willingness to engage with the moment


Procedure:

Arrival and short introduction

Breathing and mindfulness exercises for relaxation

Guided meditation: looking back on the past year, letting go and looking forward to the new year

Final round and gentle fade-out

This meditation offers you a wonderful opportunity to consciously bring the old year to a close and prepare for the new one with an open heart and clear mind.
