Our regional Sunday brunch buffet starts every Sunday at 11.15 a.m. with a rich breakfast with an extraordinary range of cheese and sausage specialties partly from regional butchers and farms and partly from our own in-house butchery. In addition, the breakfast buffet includes various sweet spreads, cereals, yogurt, freshly prepared egg dishes, juices, coffee and tea specialties, and fresh fruit. The main course also leaves nothing to be desired with its variety of choices from fish, to game, to poultry and various side dishes and vegetables. Our homemade mousses and creams from our patissière provide a rounded conclusion.
