Executive chef Stefan Beer and his team create something very special for gourmets. With his fine dining concept for the "Menü vo hie", Stefan Beer is setting new standards in the gourmet sector. His creations not only pamper the palate, but also the eye. The dishes are small works of art, sometimes playful, sometimes reduced, but always modern and creative. What is served is what grows and thrives within a radius of 50 kilometers. The "Menü vo hie" includes ingredients such as wood sorrel (Uetendorf), prawns (Burgdorf), mirabelle plums (hotel garden) and homemade vinegar - all from hand-picked producers.
