The autumnal forest with its wonderful colorful colors decelerates us. Mindfulness and perception are intensively directed towards the impressive forest. Our body and mind react positively to the intensive and conscious perception around us and stress hormones are reduced.
In this course we experience nature and slowly and thoughtfully feel its beauties. Give your mind a break, come to yourself. See, feel, smell, perceive and marvel. Immerse yourself in nature and forget everything else. Take a deep breath and feel the 'now'. All this is in forest bathing.
