Through many years of experience, Kathrin Rottmann manages to harmoniously combine these different techniques. The participants experience the positive effects of the units clearly and directly and take valuable tips back with them into their everyday lives. The programme is perfectly coordinated with the daily schedule at the Wellness and Hiking Hotel Tratterhof and still leaves plenty of room for personal holiday planning.
