Fresh green foliage, the rustling of leaves and the scent of spruce needles: Forest bathing was invented in Japan and refers to the conscious experience of the forest, combined with relaxation exercises for all the senses. A certified forest bathing guide accompanies you on this experience with exercises alone or in pairs. Your thoughts will calm down, your senses will be activated and you will feel a renewed connection with nature. We walk slowly through the beautiful mixed beech and lime forest in the Glocke nature reserve and come to rest. Finally, there is an opportunity to share experiences over a cup of spruce needle tea.
