Christmas market in Brig, at the foot of the Simplon

Around 50 market stalls are part of the Upper Valais "Advent magic" under the Simplon Pass. Anyone looking for a Christmas present or a warming treat is sure to find what they are looking for at the "Chrischchindlimärt" - not least thanks to two Sunday and two evening sales.

There will be plenty to marvel at, rummage through and browse. For example, winter clothing, spices, unique items made from precious metals, decorations and Christmas articles.

And don't forget to enjoy mulled wine and warming delicacies.

The youngest visitors can look forward to the children's carousel, the puppet show and candle making.
