Marit Vik Sæther, born in Trondheim in 1974, now living in Heim municipality, shows the solo exhibition SUSTAIN / ABILITY.

Vik Sæther graduated from Bergen National Academy of the Arts, has participated in several juried exhibitions, received a state artist grant and has been purchased by Trøndelag County Council.

Vik Sæther works mainly with painting, collage and photography, and this time it is painting that is in focus at Grønset.

There will be a separate vernissage service in the restaurant on the first floor of the old barn after the vernissage opening with program is completed. Tables must be booked in advance:

PARKING

Parking is west of Skysstasjonen (direction Kristiansund).

Parking between the farmhouse and the barn is reserved for overnight guests and people with disabilities.

Grønset Skysstasjon has an air of farmhouse adventure about it. Located by the Vinjefjord, on the very western edge of Trøndelag, you'll get your first taste of the fjords and mountains of western Norway.

Grønset is located just off the E39, barely 1.5 hours' drive from Trondheim, and around 2 hours' drive from Molde and Kristiansund.

Since 2018, Grønset has been a diverse business with accommodation, farm shop, food service, concerts, parties and meetings.

Every year we have a local artist as 'Summer Artist of the Year' and we are extra proud that this time it is Marit Vik Sæther with the exhibition SUSTAIN / ABILITY we welcome to gards!
