Trail running in the Tannheimer Tal is the perfect complement to cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in winter. The Tyrolean high valley at an altitude of 1,100 meters is ideal for this because runners only have short distances to single trails and off-road terrain and are spared longer sections on asphalt.
