Eichberg Rosé Sparkling Wine "Red Bur
In an elegant rosé, this sparkling wine flows into the glass and delights the nose with an aroma reminiscent of raspberry and strawberry, accented with a hint of fine elderflower. On the palate, it is invigoratingly fresh and finely moussing with a subtle play of acidity on the finish. A quaffable, stimulating rosé sparkling wine. 0.75l
Veuve Cliquot Champagne Brut
The blend consists of 30-45% reserve wines from grapes from about 50-60 different cru sites. Pinot Noir (50-55%) provides the basic and so typical structure of a Veuve Clicquot. Chardonnay (28-33%) adds the necessary elegance and refinement to create a perfectly balanced wine, rounded out with some Meunier (15-20%). The aging process (at least three years for Yellow Label) in our chalk tunnels used as wine cellars gives the champagne its smooth texture.
