Tour Rhine
Along and on the way to one of Europe's most important rivers, there is much to show and hear about the role the river has played in the past and continues to play in the life of the region. You can expect scenic features, places of historical and economic importance and stops that show and let you feel the cultural influences. A small selection: Waterway and floodplain forest, asparagus fields and dune landscape, cathedral and Motodrom, Kurpfalz and Metropol, wine and tobacco ... much that escapes the fleeting glance. Tour Elsenz
To the west is the Palatinate Forest and very close to the east is the Odenwald with the Königstuhl. Here we find a completely different area to the Upper Rhine Valley. The landscape is charming, more pristine and airier than the lively lowlands. The tour promises beautiful views, getting to know the Kraichgau region and small villages, rolling along the quiet Elsenztal valley, visiting the site where Homo Heidelbergensis was found and the odd nice café along the way. Explore the "near east"!
