Description
He is from Bad Gleichenberg in Styria and learned his craft at top-rated restaurants, such as the Taubenkobel in Burgenland and the Kreuzwirt at Gut Pössnitzberg in Styria. Most recently, he cooked and managed a restaurant in St. Georgen am Längsee in Carinthia. His cooking style is clearly shaped by regional influences. Wherever he cooks, he works closely with local farmers, who provide the ingredients for his traditional tavern cuisine. “My favorite kind of cuisine,” as he puts it.
