The Liebscher & Bracht movement theory provides our body with all the missing qualitative movement stimuli that it needs to function properly. Experience how you can use certain techniques to improve your mobility and release blockages. Please bring a towel to lie on and arrive 10 minutes before the start of the course!

Fee of €5 for no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours. Minimum number of participants 4 persons. Participation from 15 years. Registration possible after 5 pm at the hotel reception for the courses taking place.
