We want to practise balance, body tension and confidence. The postures are simple and you will learn how to move on the board.\n\nWe will experience the calming effect of the water and gain confidence in our own balance and strength.\n\nLet's float together 🙏🏽🦋🏄🏼‍♀️\n\n@aerialyoga_ulm\n\n📌We will meet at the kiosk of the Laupheim Mobipark at 9.45h - we'll have a brief discussion there and then\n\ngo out on the water together with the boards.\n\nFrom 10 - 11h we'll be on the boards for a yoga session, which is also suitable for beginners. You \n\nshould be able to swim just in case, but we usually stay on the board anyway. \n\nSun, water and wind on your skin. It's something very special. \n\nYou can hire a board on site or bring your own. Cost for the SUP - €15 (payable at the kiosk on site)  \n\nValuables can be locked in the locker on site, small valuables can be taken in a waterproof bag  \n\nPrepare yourself well with water and sunscreen and, if necessary, a hat / scarf for your head  \n\nYou can also pay for the yoga session in cash on site.
