Mixed bread:
A healthy bread is made with very little yeast and a long rising time and good organic flour, ideally with a high proportion of wholemeal. The type of flour can vary according to taste.
Ciabatta:
Pure Manitoba flour without ascorbic acid is the main ingredient of this typical Italian bread, which goes well with pasta and fresh tomatoes - bruschetta.
