10:00 a.m. Short session in the gym

11:30 a.m. Short warm-up on the range, followed by a 9-hole scramble at GC Pustertal

Tuesday, September 29 – Body and Mind: Get in Your Golf Prime

6:45 a.m. Tee time at GC Pustertal

10:00 a.m. Get in Your Golf Prime in the yoga room

12:00 p.m. Light lunch

2:00 p.m. Range session: Driver Walk-Through, Feel Instead of Think

9:30 p.m. Fireside Talk: Strategy, Mindset, Hacks

Wednesday, September 30 – Body: Foundation and Feel

7:00 a.m. Cold Water Boost at the Spa

10:00 a.m. The 4 Areas of Golf Fitness in the Yoga Room

12:30 p.m. Light Lunch

2:00 p.m. Short Game Session on the practice green, followed by a 9-hole round at GC Pustertal with on-course coaching

Thursday, October 1 – Peak Round: Kastelruth 18 Holes

8:00 a.m. Departure for Kastelruth (St. Virgil Seis Golf Club)

Starting at 9:45 a.m. Tee-off for 18 holes

Friday, October 2 - Body and Mind: Hit Further with Clarity

7:00 a.m. Cold Water Boost at the spa

10:00 a.m. Performance session in the yoga room

12:30 p.m. Light lunch

2:00 p.m. Driving range session followed by a 9-hole round at GC Pustertal with on-course coaching

Saturday, October 3 - Peak Performance and Closing Ceremony
