Wonderful cross-country run through the forest on the Gehrenberg, Markdorf's local mountain. Uphill and downhill, along narrow paths and with impressive views of the beautiful region.
We will be there with a reactive walking test station, tips for walking and slow jogging and provide free rental equipment for the run.
In addition, there are great prizes to be won from the Wirthshof: Gourmet breakfasts and vouchers

Our reactive walking course was the first in Germany in 2015 - and at the Gehrenberglauf, reactive walking had its own category! That's why we are supporting this special event day with numerous activities. MORE

9 to 10 am: Late registration for all categories / cash payment
11:00 am: Start 8.3 km main run !
11:05 am: Start 6 km reactive walking !
