"Trees teach us not only to see with our hearts, but also to listen to our hearts." U. Felber
If you want to reduce stress or improve your health, you should try Shinrin Yoku, better known as forest bathing. The trend from Japan means consciously and slowly being in the forest to allow your body and mind to calm down.
Why forest bathing? It can reduce stress, support the immune system, improve sleep and promote concentration. Many also find that blood pressure and blood sugar levels can develop positively.
Taste, smell, feel, hear, see: Perceiving the forest with all your senses and, in doing so, coming back to yourself and grounding yourself.
Inspired by Sam Hess and influenced by my father, I am regularly drawn to the forest. For me, the forest is a place of power: it provides peace, new energy and the feeling of discovering a hidden world every time. Forest meditation is about consciously experiencing the forest with all five senses. This turns a walk into real relaxation.
Breathe properly. Release tension. Reduce stress. Recharge your batteries and strengthen your resilience.
Find inner peace with alpacas. Imagine taking a leisurely stroll through nature with a gentle alpaca by your side. Your breathing becomes calmer, your head clearer, your heart lighter.
