Emmaritas Schlutzkrapfen

Schlutzkrapfen are a typical South Tyrolean specialty. Dumplings are filled with a mixture of quark and spinach and then boiled in salted water. They are served with brown butter and green salad. Delicious. Every household has its own personal recipe that has been handed down through the generations.
