Yin Yoga is a calm, gentle yoga style that is mostly practiced lying down and sitting. By holding the positions, connective tissue, fascia, tendons and joints are loosened and stretched.

This session is for beginners and advanced practitioners and brings body, mind and soul back into harmony.
