Four elements hike to the Senner Berg quiet zone

Our eventful hike starts at the bus stop in front of the Mittertal parish church, we hike on to Kaltenbrunn and from there on trail no. 13 to the Senner Berg quiet zone, below the Bärnfiechtalm. We enjoy a picnic to fortify ourselves for the return journey to the valley.

A varied day tour through a rugged and impressive landscape. We draw new life energy from water, air, earth and light and experience nature in different ways. We look at animals and plants and identify some herbs together. Take a whole day for yourself and turn your back on everyday life, relax and recharge your batteries.
