SPA RULES
Our team prepares each treatment with the utmost care. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that other guests have the opportunity to take advantage of it. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly to ensure that subsequent guests receive their booked time.
