To ensure that your arrival and departure are as pleasant as possible, you’ll find all the important information here.

Check-in

In-person check-in is available daily between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. A member of our team will stop by separately to welcome you in person, so please let us know your estimated arrival time.

We look forward to welcoming you in person on-site, showing you to your apartment, and providing you with all the important information about your stay. This way, any questions can be answered right away, and you’ll receive helpful tips for your vacation on Lake Traunsee.

If you’re arriving after 6:00 PM, a late check-in is possible by prior arrangement. In this case, we’ll send you detailed check-in instructions with all the necessary information for a self-guided arrival.

Check-out

On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition, close the windows, and turn off the lights and electrical appliances.

Please leave the dishes clean. Please return the keys or key cards according to the instructions you received.

If any damage occurred during your stay or if you notice anything missing, please let us know right away.
