We meet at 11.00 am at the reception. In the gym we will first train the breathing technique and explain the exact procedure!
(Please wear yoga clothes at the beginning).
Then it's off to Thumersbach to a very special place by the lake. In preparation, all participants will warm up and then it's off into Lake Zell. Very slowly, with the previously learned breathing, this will be a very special time. Everyone stays as long as they want. One for 30 seconds and the other for 3 minutes or even longer. Then get out, warm up again, get dressed and drink hot tea - breathe in - breathe deeply - feel good!
