Fichtelbergbahn - nostalgic journey through time through the Ore Mountains

Just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, the Fichtelbergbahn takes you on a very special journey through time. The historic narrow-gauge railroad connects Oberwiesenthal with Cranzahl and invites you to enjoy a relaxing ride with steam locomotive romance several times a day. A real highlight for young and old railroad fans alike.

The trip can be wonderfully arranged as a day trip - with stops, short hikes or a leisurely stop along the way. If you prefer something more active, follow the Bimmelbahn adventure trail along the railroad line: hike, watch steam locomotives and simply hop on at the next station if necessary - it couldn't be more flexible.
