Qi Gong combines movement, breathing and meditation exercises to release blockages in the energy pathways (meridians) and get the Qi flowing again. The practice promotes relaxation, inner peace and harmonizes unevenly distributed energies in the body.
In good weather, the training takes place in the hillside garden.
