The Speck Festival at Plan de Corones is a tribute to the artisanal tradition of South Tyrolean speck production and presents one of the region s most typical culinary specialties, namely the original South Tyrolean speck in different ways. Here you can not only meet the best speck producers in the region and taste their products, but also learn more about the history and production.
