Yin & Yang Yoga in the morning from 13 years

For hotel guests ages 13 and up: A harmonious blend of invigorating and energizing Yang sequences, as well as gentle Yin segments, promotes inner balance—perfect for starting the day feeling refreshed and positive.

Level: All levels are welcome.

You will receive confirmation the evening before the session takes place.

If you cancel your booking/reservation with us after that, we will charge a cancellation fee of 45 EUR per person.

However, we reserve the right to cancel the program if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
