OUR SAUNAS
Finnish sauna With an air temperature between 80°C and 90°C, you relax and relieve your body.
Steam bath You strengthen your immune system at 100% humidity and a temperature between 45°C and 55°C.
Textile sauna In the brine steam bath in our indoor pool you relax at a pleasant 45°C and high humidity. Wearing swimwear is allowed here.
Infrared cabin More gentle than the traditional sauna at only 35°C-50°C. The infrared radiation penetrates 3.5 to 4 cm deep into the muscle tissue - sweating is more intense.
