The PINO 3000 is an exceptional three-country wine - powerful, elegant and with an unmistakable character. Initiated by host Angelika Falkner, hotel director Michael Waschl and Maitre d'Hôtel Martin Sperdin, this project was launched in 2011 and has been one of our absolute heart projects ever since.
Together with three top winemakers - Paul Achs from Austria, the St. Pauls winery in South Tyrol and the German winery Dr. Heger - a composition was created that transcends borders and unites a passion for wine. At over 3,000 meters above sea level, at the summit of the Gaislachkogl in ice Q, the PINO 3000 matures under exceptional conditions in barrique barrels to become a wine full of depth, elegance and history.
The outstanding quality has been confirmed several times: The 2017 and 2021 vintages were awarded 95 points by Falstaff - impressive proof of the vision, passion and dedication that go into every bottle.

Subscription package vintage 2023
Secure one of the limited subscription packages for the 2023 vintage and become part of the unique PINO 3000 story. Look forward to six bottles of the new vintage, two mature magnums from 2018 and 2019 and a special surprise gift. The culinary highlight is the culinary highlight with tapas lunch at ice Q and the festive evening event in the Ötztaler Stube.
