Check-in / Check-out

The reception is located on the 1st floor. Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00. Should you be in Zermatt before then, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
