In a workshop, all chocolate lovers learn how to make their own ganache and fill their own chocolates.
At the end of the course, we will package our home-made pralines and chocolates and can take them home with us.
Drinks will be provided during the course and an apron will also be available.
The course takes place with a maximum number of participants of at least 4 and a maximum of 15 people and by prior arrangement. Participation at short notice cannot be guaranteed. For larger groups or other dates, please send us a request.
The course instructor is pâtissière and pastry chef Hanna Karthaus. After training at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Wolfsburg and working at Sven Elverfeld's starred restaurant Aqua, the Bürgenstock Resort and the Hotel Atlantis by Giardino, the pastry chef has now arrived in Gonten, Appenzell. In her manufactory Pustekuchen by Hanna, she creates both pastries and chocolates.
