This wellness retreat is taking place for the first time in Upper Lusatia . Trixi Park, featuring the nature-oriented Waldstrand-Hotel**** and Ilse Mislisch (TCM therapist), invites you to a very special feel-good weekend.
Over these four days, with loving guidance, you’ll consciously shift out of your everyday routine into a state of deep inner peace and balance, and gain practical insight into the connections between the body, nutrition, and holistic well-being as part of traditional Chinese fasting (TCM). Qi Gong and physical exercises, breathing and relaxation sessions, as well as meditation and mindfulness practices complement practical, everyday-relevant instruction on the background and principles of fasting, insights into the world of Chinese herbs, and traditional Chinese medicine. Relaxation, self-care, and shared experiences are all included.
Additionally, there is the option to request an individual session—a personalized TCM consultation and/or a Tuina massage—
