Our trail running workshop is aimed at mountain hikers and runners who would like to learn the basic techniques for running off-road. A good uphill and downhill technique saves energy and is easy on the joints at the same time. Targeted balancing and strengthening exercises after the running units ensure long and healthy running fun.
