Inspired by many trips to India and Thailand, Sabine teaches a balanced yoga class that is suitable for all fitness levels. With a focus on balance for body, mind and soul. Beginning with a breathing exercise, a short meditation to arrive and continuing with a dynamic sequence of movements. Strength and muscles are built up here and concentration is strengthened, underlined by wonderful melodies and a "body journey" as a final relaxation to arrive at yourself with a lot of joy and good humor.
