Days full of rhythm, movement and joie de vivre at the Sonnenhof Lam! Whether you are a hotel guest, passing through or a local - everyone is welcome at the Sonnenhof Dance Days!

With us: Alex & Robert from the Alex Dance School - with a varied program of discofox and line dancing for beginners, advanced dancers and everyone who enjoys dancing.

8.30pm: Bingo evening

Thursday & Friday, 08.-9.10.

Dance lessons:

10.30am - 11.30am: Discofox workshop

11.30am - 12.30pm: Waltz

12.30pm - 13.30: Line dance for couples & singles

Daily from 20:30:

Free dancing - practice, dance, enjoy!

Saturday, 10.10. - Highlight of the week: Duchess & Duke masked ball

17.30 pm: Champagne reception in the hotel bar

Live music & dance evening

Every guest who attends the themed party in matching attire with mask will receive a ticket for the grand prize draw

Whether beginner or experienced dancer: there's something for everyone here! Look forward to professional instruction, a relaxed atmosphere and rousing music - in the middle of the Bavarian Forest.

The dance days are free of charge for hotel guests, for external guests & locals from the Lamer Winkel only €30.00 per person for the whole 2-day dance course at the Sonnenhof Resort Lam.

You are welcome to combine the dance days with a Day SPA and/or a dinner to spend the whole day being pampered in the wellness area and enjoy a culinary highlight in the evening.
