In hatha yoga, the body is warmed up and awakened through various sequences. The joints are moved in a new and gentle way and the awareness of one's own body is strengthened. The various individual postures (asanas) have a balancing and strengthening effect on the whole body; the breathing exercises (pranayama) and the final relaxation phase are also important.
Hatha Yoga is very suitable for yoga beginners who would like to learn more about it, as well as for yoga practitioners who always enjoy a classic sequence.
