Dinner - gourmet gourmet menu

In addition to the breakfast buffet, you can book a gourmet gourmet menu at the partner hotel just a 3-minute walk away. A 5- or 3-course menu of your choice made from regional products awaits you there between 6.30 and 8.00 pm, with a separate menu for children. Please book in advance at reception ☎ 31 or 35.

Waste & cleaning in our studios

Our room maids come every day to change towels, clean the floor and empty the waste bins. Intermediate cleaning takes place every two days. Please separate waste (paper, glass, cans etc.) - please note the deposit. Additional containers are located at the ski room entrance, residual waste containers behind the carport. Please leave the studio tidy on the day of departure and report any damage. Intermediate cleaning or vacuum cleaner: Reception (vacuum cleaner on OG2).

Bathing bag, Bathrobes, bathing bag and pool towels

Bathrobes, bathing bag and your own pool towels are available in your accommodation. They are on loan and remain the property of the hotel.

Slippers

Frottee slippers are available at reception if required.

Visits & unregistered persons

Please inform us about additional guests. Fees apply for unregistered persons. All persons, including children, must be registered in accordance with the Registration Act.

Check in / Check out

Arrival from 15:00, departure until 10:00. Accommodation must be left tidy, please report any damage. Luggage can be deposited in the games room. Payment in cash only. Early departure or late arrival will be charged in full. Unregistered persons incur additional charges.

Bike rental (summer)

MTB & e-bikes can be rented from our partner company Schernthaner Sports (5 minutes' walk). Children's trailers & hiking bikes available. We are located directly on the cycle path to Jägersee (5 km, nature reserve).

Television

Cable TV in all accommodation. GUIDE button shows channels. Please keep channel placement.

Outdoor pool with heated outdoor pool & toddler pool (summer)

Next to Landhaus Hubertus, 3 minutes on foot. Daily 07.30-20.00 in sunny weather. Size 6×12 m, depth 1.40 m. Pool towels in the bathing bag, then back again. Please observe the pool rules. Children's splash time until 18.00 hrs. Swimwear desired. No liability for accidents.

Breakfast from the buffet

07.45-10.00 on the first floor. Fresh breads, wholefood corner, tea & juice bar. Dress code sporty-casual. Please wait until we seat you. No food/drinks to take away. No packed lunch service or take-away.

Drop off found/forgotten items at reception. Keep until the end of the month, then donate. Public lost property office: Municipal office ☎ 210.

Garden (summer)

Large garden area with loungers by the river. Access to the right of the carport. Keep calm & order, do not reserve sun loungers. Children's splash time until 18.00 hrs. Swimwear desired. Parents are liable for their children.

Shuttle to the partner company Schernthaner Sports (valley station). Departure 09.00-10.30 & 15.00-16.30, every 5-10 min. Public ski bus at the hotel area.

Hoagascht Stub'n

Hotel bar lounge on the first floor, 15.30-22.00. Coffee, tea & drinks, cake 15.30-16.30. Cozy meeting place, drinks bill with final settlement.
