Hatha Yoga Flow is a flowing style of yoga in which the asanas are

are strung together in rhythm with the breath.

The result is a kind of "meditation in motion"

Contents: Mobilization, sun salutation variations,

Strength and stretching exercises,

pranayama, relaxation

Costs: 160€
