Children's Program - Kids' Cocktail Workshop at Alpenstern, Bar Novum

Sign up for our exciting kids’ program and dive into the world of cocktails!

What to expect:

Product knowledge—get to know fruits, syrups, juices, and mixers (sodas)—we’ll explore and taste these products together at the bar.

Bar Tools—shaker, strainer, muddler, measuring cup—we’ll explore the bar tools together, learn what they’re used for, and how to clean them properly.

Preparation Techniques – Stirring, shaking, muddling, and drink types (slushies, long drinks, cocktails) – together, we’ll prepare non-alcoholic drinks using various techniques, including our clear ice.

Garnishing Drinks - Sugar rim / skewers / fruit – we’ll decorate the drinks we’ve made so they look great, too.

Tasting - Tasting the drinks together & naming them – last but not least, we’ll taste the drinks we’ve made and give them cool names.
