* Easy winter hike from San Vigilio to the chalk lake with Sonja

This leisurely winter hike starts on the outskirts of the tranquil Val Badia village of San Vigilio. To the left of the nature park house, a rolled winter hiking trail branches off and stretches across the deep snow-covered valley floor. Since the hiking trail runs parallel to the cross-country ski trail, every now and then an elegant winter sportsman passes by.

Behind the Ciamaor recreation zone, the previously flat hiking trail crosses the road and gently climbs through the snow-covered pine forest to the now nearby chalk lake.

Start with the hotel bus (limited seats, individual ride possible). Total walking time approx. 3 hours, altitude difference approx. 100 m.
