Lamb like in grandma`s times from the original Tyrolean stone sheep. We do not go the way of the highly bred meat lamb breeds but rely on a breed that has already existed 100 years ago with us and is considered the oldest sheep breed of Tyrol. This originality and naturalness is also reflected in the taste.
