Get the herbs ready

Together with farmer Monika, you will discover the treasures of our meadows and find out which herbs grow right on our doorstep. On a walk together, we collect fresh wild herbs and get to know their special features in a personal and enjoyable way. We then prepare delicious nettle dumplings with wild salad in the breakfast room using the herbs we have collected. This turns a foray into nature into a real hands-on farm and gourmet experience.
